IF you Like my Body, AND You Think I'm...

Most of you that have met me, know that when I gain weight, it all goes directly to my belly. It's sad and annoying considering there are so many places where my fat would better serve me, but that is neither here nor there. When my mom and SIL were in town, we had a big dinner one night, and I was being goofy (stupid, take your pick) and I pulled my shirt up over my belly and pushed my belly out, creating a tremendous masterpiece of giant belly. Launa walks over to me, puts her soft, warm little hand on my belly and starts rubbing it in a circular Buddha-wish-making motion, turns to my mom and SIL and says, in an eyebrow cocked, you-know-you-wish-you-could-do-this kind of way: "Jealous guys?!"

LOL! That song reminds me of when I was about 8ish, my friend and I were in our swimsuits, playing with the hose in our yard singing "If you want my body and you think I'm sexy..." and my grandpa walked by and gave us a BAD look.

Yeah, I think after having kids I definitely get more fat in my belly than I did before, and it does not want to leave once it sets up shop! Launa is hilarious!

When I was six me and my older sister, and my older girl cousin all took a bath together and got out with our towels on. When we saw my older brother and his two friends coming up the lane we ran out sang "I'm so wild about harry, and harry's so wild about ME!" while we kicked our legs in showgirl style. We then flashed the boys and ran inside. Renae's story made me think of that. My brother did not think that was at all funny.

ROFL! You guys were so naughty! I wasn't even allowed to say *whispers - sexy* when I was a child, and I still have difficulty saying it, because my parents taught me that it was a dirty word! I guess that's why I didn't write it in my title. Funny the things that stick with you. But I was a chaste little thing...I wonder what happened? Oh and Timpani, how old were your brother and his friends?

Uh, I think the boys were 10-11 years old. Yeah, I'm pretty sure we all got the belt for that little stunt ;)

Thanks DC! You really know how to put me at ease!

Timpani - that is hilarious! I would probably give my kid the belt for that too! I and don't believe in the belt! :)
