Well, that was only about 4 hours after the big fall. And I only really got hurt there and my bottom. (Your welcome, BTW that I didn't post THOSE pictures!...okay, I didn't take pictures of my bottom.) I whacked my arm against my wrought iron banister, and fell on my rear and ended up throwing a chair down the steps. At least I didn't roll to the bottom like you did. Ouch.
Ya know I once fell down some stairs and became a Mormon. You better be more careful. lol!
I'll go ahead and explain 'cause I figure folks will ask and I won't be online for a few days...
I worked for my Baptist church as assistant to the senior pastor and I helped with the youth program.(This was while I was in nursing school preparing to be a career missionary with the International Mission Board.) I was at work one day and fell down two flights of stairs. My right foot and ankle were demolished. I was in a wheelchair for weeks and couldn't leave the house. A friend called Mormon missionaries to visit me as a joke. (Nope she wasn't LDS she worked for a Baptist church too.) Four and half months later I was Mormon. One day the elders were tracting and asked a lady if she knew any LDS people. She replied," Yeah I do. I know a girl named Dana. She lives a couple of counties over. She fell down some stairs and became a mormon." LOL!
But for those of you that may be new to my blog, if you need to shut off the music for a minute, say to watch a video, or listen to another song that's on my blog, just scroll down to the bottom of the page, and my playlist is hanging out there.
Hello! My name is Mary, and I am the mastermind behind all this awesomeness! I am the mother of two middle - sized children, and the wife of one very handsome man. I like to crochet - it has gone from a sometime hobby to something of an obsession. Maybe I should be a little ashamed of my addiction, but I've decided to embrace it instead!
